Sports Beijing is excited to announce our newest ladies program which is a combination of Yoga and Pilates!
Coach Dee, a professional pilates and yoga instructor, will combine both disciplines to offer a dynamic class for ladies who want to jump-start their exercise routine during the spring season. Incorporate Yoga and Pilates into weekly routine and sign up today!
This course will run on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11am-12pm at the Quan Fa Garden Clubhouse. All ladies should bring a yoga mat to the class (blocks/strap are optional). Yoga kits are for sale in the Sports Beijing office for 150 RMB (Includes Yoga Bag, Yoga Mat, 2 Yoga Blocks and Yoga Strap) .

Coach Dee is a highly versatile fitness instructor with experience of coaching a wide range of programs and age groups. Dee specializes in everything from Yoga, Pilates, Plyometrics, Strength Training plus pre/post natal programs. A UK national, she has lived in China since 2005 and studied sports rehabilitation through chinese medicine at Beijing Sports University.
