Judo
Judo it is a martial art and Olympic sport that emphasizes the principles of maximum efficiency with minimum effort and mutual welfare and benefit for all.
Through judo practice, the child learns techniques that can be utilized for self defense as well as other area of their lives. The main focus is cooperation, reason and overcoming obstacles. Judo teaches children to become comfortable in their growing bodies and to respect the places they live, work, and train. Judo also benefits a student’s flexibility, physical endurance, self-confidence, concentration, and discipline. Above all, Judo is FUN!
The classes will be taught by professional teacher Arnaud Lefevre-Baril.
New Venue: The Dojo is located inside the Worker’s Stadium (Gongti). Please enter through a door close to Entry #21, in front of Club Hero. The Dojo is on the third floor (Chinese floor), take the corridor to the left and look for “Martial Arts Beijing.”

The classes will be taught by Arnaud Lefevre-Baril, from France who has been training kids, teenagers and adults in Beijing since 2002 Arnaud is licensed by the Ecole Française de Judo Ju-Jutsu Traditionnel.
All participants are required to wear a Judo 'Ji'
