Karate
The Sports Beijing Karate Program is based on Tang Soo Do (TSD), a Korean martial art with a very long history. TSD is influenced by many different styles including Korean, Chinese, and Japanese martial arts. Like all martial arts, TSD emphasizes the physical and mental development of the student. Our training will improve students’ physical fitness and self-defense abilities by developing their coordination, power, flexibility, and stamina. Students practice traditional forms, kicking and punching drills that focus the mind on self discipline, self-confidence and respect for others.
Students who sign up for both Wednesday and Saturday sessions will receive a discount of 250 RMB. The total fees for both sessions will be 2250 RMB.
