Cricket
Kwik Cricket is a fun and simple way for kids to learn to play cricket and has been one of the great success stories of junior cricket over the last few years.
Frequently played in the breaks during Test Matches by school children on grounds all over the world, Kwik Cricket provides an ideal introduction to the key cricketing skills of batting, bowling and fielding. The New Sports Beijing Kwik Cricket program offers skill development and modified games within a safe learning environment, so it will be a fun experience for all involved.
Emphasis will be on learning how to play the game correctly without the need for protective equipment. Training will take place indoors at the British School of Beijing.
It is hoped that towards the end of the season that we can head outside to the British School of Beijing’s cricket nets to have a chance to practice what was taught indoors.
Our coaches are experienced cricket players from Test playing nations but parent volunteers are actively welcomed to help organize the various drills.
So, if you are new to cricket or looking for a chance to hone your skills here in Beijing, Kwik Criket is perfect for everyone and we welcome you to join this program!
