Athletic Hybrid Training
This Spring we will continue our Athletic Hybrid Training Program. This training is for boys and girls ages 9 and up that want to obtain the benefits of improved speed, agility and quickness in whatever sports they choose to play. Improving your speed and power, as well as your balance and agility will prove to be of great value to all athletes, regardless of their sport. Basketball players will benefit from the increased jumping ability and quickness. Soccer players will benefit from increased agility and balance. Volleyball players will see improved quickness in reactions. American Football players need the burst of speed to break into the open field. Tennis and squash players will be able to run down those tough corner shots, set their feet and make a great passing shot down the line. The benefits for all athletes are too much to ignore, do you want to be left on the sidelines?
Parents are welcome to join the class and help out. Class size has a minimum of 6 participants and maximum of 12 participants.

Sian is a highly versatile coach with over 20 years experience teaching a wide variety of youth sports in the UK, Canada, Hong Kong and now China. She is a specialist Athletics Coach (both Track & Field and Cross Country) but has lead high level programs in Swimming, Netball, Field Hockey.
This is her first season coaching with Sports Beijing.
Participants should wear good gym shoes and athletic clothes.
The training is held at the gym of the British School of Beijing (Shunyi)
