Basketball Pure Skills Workout

Introduction:

In this new program, the purpose of the workout is to help interested players enhance their individual basketball offensive and defensive skills, through repeated and customized drills. The program will also accommodate specific needs of a player in terms of growth. The individual skills workout is also to help players develop certain basketball awareness, habits of training, injury prevention routines, recovery procedures, and etc, which are beyond the basketball skills.

Also outstanding players are also invited to participate in our weekend BYBL basketball league.

Date and Time:

6:00-7:30 PM on the following TUESDAYS, TOTAL 12 Sessions:

October 31;

November 7, 14, 21, 28;

December 5, 12;

January 9, 16, 23, 30;

February 6.

 

Participants:

Min. 3 players, and Max. 8 palyers;

 

For:

Boys & Girls, Experienced MS & HS students;

Sample Structure of a Workout:

  • Conditioning (vertical jumping, sprinting, weighting, defensive footwork, core building, resilience workout, etc)
  • Ball handling (hand-eye coordination, tennis ball, cones drills, resistance dribbling, decision making, etc.)
  • Shooting (form shooting, shooting off dribbles, finishing around the rim, etc.)
  • Mocking game situations;

篮球技能个人能力特训

介绍:

个人能力特训主要是帮助感兴趣参与的球员通不断地重复符合自身的训练项目,强化个人在篮球进攻和防守能力。同时,该项目也是为希望在特定方面有提升的球员进行特训。另外,通过特训也为了帮助球员养成良好的篮球意识、训练习惯、避免伤病的行为习惯以及康复恢复训练行为。

优秀的球员也受邀参加Sports Beijing的周末BYBL联赛。

周二下午6:00-7:30,包括以下日期的共12次课:

十月 31;

十一月 7, 14, 21, 28;

十二月 5, 12;

一月 9, 16, 23, 30;

二月 6.

 

人数:

3至8人;

 

适合人群:

有一定水平的初高中生,男女不限;

 

特训的安排样式:

  • 体能(包括弹跳能力、速度、力量、脚步、核心力量、耐力等等)
  • 运球 (手眼协调、网球辅助、标志桶训练、耐力运球、决策能力等)
  • 投篮(手型、定点、突破投篮、各种完成投篮方式等)
  • 模拟比赛中个人能力的表现
