Sports Beijing is a membership based organization. A membership is annual, starts in August and runs through to July of the following year.

Membership Fees are as follows:

New Families:

• RMB 200 (includes one child)
• Each additional child in family RMB 100

Returning Membership Fees:

• RMB 100 (includes one child)
• Each additional child in family RMB 50

All members are eligible to register for any of our program.

To become a member and/or register for Sports Beijing programs please go to our website www.sportsbj.org and follow this simple procedure.

For new members: there is a step-by-step process to register membership information for both parents and children. Please make sure you complete the process to ensure that all the data is captured by our system.

• First register your family information, and continue with signing up each of your children that wish to participate.
• The next step is to select a program to join. When you click on the registered child, all eligible programs will appear. Select the activity for the child. And save all changes then proceed to checkout.
• After completing the checkout process click ‘place order’ and you will see your completed order.  You will receive an email with an order number. Please then bring this receipt to the office or organize a bank transfer to make payment.
• Once payment is complete then you will receive a final email confirming that we have received your payment. All you need to do then is to check the schedules and come to the first session !

For existing members: there is a new procedure:

• Enter either your e-mail address or your ‘old’ Sports Beijing user id. in the login box. For ‘your password’ you can use the ‘old’ Sports Beijing password.
• If this does not work, please click ‘forgot password’, fill in the e-mail address you used to register then create a new password. This will enable you to access your registered data.
• To join new programs please follow the procedure listed above.
• Please pay close attention to your membership information to ensure that email addresses and phone numbers are up-to-date.  We frequently contact parents regarding scheduling changes, weather cancellations and other important program-related information and will use one of these two modes of communication. Also sometimes our emails are not received or blocked by firewalls etc. To stop this happening, please add info@sportsbj.com and activities@sportsbj.com to your “email safe lists” to ensure you receive these important updates.

Other ways of registering for Sports Beijing and its activities:
